Return Policy

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If you need to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging when possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom, made-to-order, modified, installed, used, damaged, or special-order items are not eligible for return unless the item arrives defective or there was an error on our part.

To start a return, please contact us at info@boxcraftcabinets.com with your name, order information, photos if applicable, and the reason for the return. Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
